St. John – Sun & Snorkel

The beauty of St. John is unlike any other US Virgin Island. The majority of the island is a national park, which was donated to the US Government in 1956 by a group of wealthy individuals. If you are looking for a combination of a historical adventure along with some fantastic snorkeling and beaches, this is the place! If you want to spend the day playing at the beach you can do that too!

St. John has a number of historical plantain remains. between Anneberg Historic District, Reef Bay Sugar Factory, and Catherine Sugar Mill Ruins, take your pick and explore. There is also a collection of Petroglyphs located near Reef Bay Trail. They have many hiking trails throughout the island.

For snorkeling adventures, Trunk Bay is ran by the US Parks and has an underwater snorkel trail you can follow. Maho bay is known for their consistent sightings of sea turtles. Waterlemon Cay also has some great snorkeling and can be accessed easily by boat, or with a little extra effort by land. There will be 2-3 stops around St. John, mostly captains discretion due to weather conditions.
