We are deeply saddened by the loss of Captain Stephen Cross Jr.
To celebrate him, on behalf of Caitie and Stephen's family, we've organized a flotilla welcoming him back to the USVI.

Stephen will be picked up from The BVI on a USVI Search & Rescue boat.
Please allow Tenacity and Relentless to go first.
Stephen's family and fiancé, will be on the SeaHorse Water Taxi's boat, Tenacity.
Captain Stephen managed Tenacity while working with us.
